Tadpoles and Monarch Butterflies
Our class is alive with creatures as we observe the life cycle of both a frog and a butterfly. We have been talking about the term 'metamorphosis' and what this means.
We were delighted late last week when we were able to observe our caterpillar emerge from his chrysalis as a Monarch Butterfly. Don't forget to ask us how we knew our butterfly was a male butterfly.
